Thank you Jocko and Echo for putting this out! I’m stoked to put it to use throughout my daily routine!

I am a fan of the podcast and wanted to show my support for his work. To me he is the closest thing to Stephen R. Covey that I have or listened to. Get this album and get after it!

There is a reason this album has a perfect rating- put it on in the morning when you are feeling lazy and TRY to not get up and get after it. Don't really, if you're lazy like me, you'll find a way. However, try something different. Listen to the podcast. Let the aggression of action flow through your veins, make the decision, and MOVE. Thanks, Jocko. You motivate me.

No lie, no sugar coating. This album has the fundamentals of life boiled down into a hot cup of reality tea. Play it for your kids.

Awesome album. Gets me on track, no matter what I'm struggling with. Jocko's a phenomenal coach and example.

Purchased to support the podcast, which has been an awesome addition to my work week. Consider this album a how-to for self talk. Sure, the words sound great coming from Jocko's cool, level, gravely voice, but you won't fully benefit from this without internalizing it and speaking it to yourself all day, every single day. Even if you aren't into working out or martial arts, this album teaches you how to speak to yourself in such a way that you can overcome your own doubts, and achieve the goals you seek.

I've listened to this album (with tracks) countless times. It's my morning alarm and a reminder that my feelings aren't reality. I still need to do the work. the spotter doesn't make the lift easier, but I'd rather have it.
