At this point, why is this even still called a Gorillaz album? How in the world does this have such a positive rating? Has every kid that was still drinking mothers milk when their first album came out logged onto itunes to proclaim this is a good album? This is garbage.

I was never expecting this to beat Demon Days, that album is just perfect. However, I was expecting more. Don't get me wrong, there are a fair ammount of gems, but it just feels, off. Damon Didn't pick the right people for the right songs. It feels like Damon just picked artists he liked and placed them into any song. BUT as I said it has it's momentz (eh? I'll let myself out), and those "momentz" REALLY hold the album up. I wish Damon would've been more careful with his placements of artists. FAVORITE TRACKS: Charger, Out of Body, Ticker Tape. Worst Track: We Got the Power

I love this album but WHAT HAPPENED TO STUFF LIKE PLASTIC BEACH?? Also I love 2D's mom jeans. I think that's what made the album!
  • Took a while now I’m hooked

This album as opposed to Demon Days and Plastic Beach wasn’t a love at first listen. After a whole summer of listening to it, I finally understand the direction. I love the album now and seeing them recreate this live is amazing. So it’s one for the books!

I counted about 4 songs Damon Albarn sung on which sounded more or less like retreads or afterthoughts. Album of the year? you must be joking.
