Don’ t support her. She is just another artist that has chosen politics over Christianity. Don’t follow her on social media either. All she does is bash our president and praises Hillary. If you don’t agree, she blocks you. She may as well just say that she is a mainstream secular artist. She spreads hatred rather then God’s love. In a world where people are hurting, people like her are not helping. I believe that people have the right to express how they feel, however, when it comes to being a Christian, people artists like her need to be using their platform to unite rather than divide. As for me, I just cannot support her. I will stick to listening to Chris Tomlin and Matt Redman who are true Christians. ns. .

Hey YOU, yes YOU, before leaving a bad review here, I urge you to pray for and seek insight and wisdom that surpasses our human understanding. Then, listen again to what Nichole is saying, and let God do the rest. Dear Nichole, I have been listening to and enjoying your inspired art for a while now. But I have no words to describe how much your ministry through this record means to me. “Dear Me” is nothing short of a revelation. There’s a saying that goes “light houses don’t ring a bell, they just shine”. Thank you for shining brightly!

I've always loved Nichole and all her music, and I've always purchased every album. This one however, after reading through lyrics, I wish I could get my money back. Don't get me wrong, she still has a beautiful voice, but now she uses that voice to be political. Listen to "Dear Me," watch her video "behind the song" of "Dear Me," check her Twitter, etc.

On "You're Here" the baptism metaphor is a figure of speech. It's just saying that God was there for her when she came to him. And even so, that's not the point of the song. And third, even if the song was about baptism salvation, you can just buy her other music and skip that one song that makes you feel uncomfortable. Anyway, this album was very powerful and really resonated in my soul. "You're Here" is good, "Every Mile Mattered" and a ton of others >.< Get this album! You won't be disappointed.

This is probably going to be one of my favorite albums of all time. This album seems to pull back the curtain of the lives we want people to see to reveal the lives we all actually live. The pain, the joy, the past, the future... every song is an encouragement of truth. It's okay that we're not perfect yet. And the miles behind us are not something to be ashamed of. They mattered. Well done, Nichole, well done.

Love the album! A bit sad because I pre-ordered it and then when it was released, Itunes made me pay almost 3 more dollars more to get all the songs. I thought I was pre-ordereing the whole album ... BUT past that, I am so happy she is making music again! I resonated with her back then, and I still do now! Love Love LOVE

Nordeman, in my opinion, is one of the more talented songwriters in the business--no matter the genre. Even though the riffs, hooks, bridges and overall music on this album is stellar, I believe the songwriting outshines it. Do yourself a favor, take an hour with a pair of headphones in your quiet place and just listen to the words. You'll walk away with a soul-warming smile, and an appreciation for life and the One who gave it to us. Well done, Mrs. Ingram.
