  • Disappointed

As other reviewers have said, 8 of the 10 songs were previously released.I previously purchased his 2011 album and the single for Lights of Christmas. It was a waste of my money to purchase this album.

My family loves Toby Mac; we have most of his albums. When we heard he had another Christmas album, we bought it! Then we listened and found that most of the songs are from albums we already have. Very disappointed to re-purchase songs.

This was great!! Some criticize and say these are watered down, but nooo. Toby brings out the joy of our savior born unto us. I give these songs a five star review because of how they shine the Lord's light on Christmas and the real reason of being thankful and glad for what we have. Yay for TobyMac. Keep it up...
  • 5 stars all the way!!!

If you are looking for Toby's Christmas album go back and search for the album called, "Christmas In Diverse City" it has the same songs on this album minus the only new song, "Bring On The Holidays" and the remix song of the "Little Drummer Boy" Toby you should have just made it a single and maybe worked on a new full Christmas album for the next year with all new songs. Not this repeat with a new cover. I expect much more from you Toby. Very disappointed. Don't buy this. I wish I could delete it and get my money back.

again some watered down christmas songs. and instead of doing a whole CD they just put older ones on. And the biggest rip off they do anymore. Screw up a song and call its a remix. disappointed this time. or my spirit is i should say. didnt fell any spiritual connection when listening this time :(

7 of these 10 songs have been released by Toby Mac before. And then one of the other 3 is just a remix of another song on the album! It's not that the songs are bad, it's just that the album is not "new". No, it is just a rerelease of old stuff with 2 originals added to it. GIVE US NEW MUSIC, NOT THIS RECYCLED STUFF!!!
  • More Toby- take it or leave it.

It's run of the mill Toby. BUT..What i don't like is miserable "christians" reviewing that don't show Christ at all but act like miserable, judgemental cusses. Toby remains positive despite critics, it's just a shame so much of it comes from so called religious people who are suppossed to be salt and light through love and not further prove that the negative stereotypes are true. Shame on YOU, not Toby. Talkin to you bab1972 and the like.

Did certain reviewers even see the songs on here and here that Jesus Name is still “lifted on high”?? Toby definitely didn’t join “the movement.” He’s only added his own twist to the classics plus some of his own material. Sounds solid and still keeping Christ in the picture.
