I thought this album was weak and just thrown together (i.e. Blueprint 2) so that Nas could have a double disc album on his resume but this album turns out to be a great all-around effort. Definitely an underrated classic, and (just like a lot of Nas' works) you don't appreciate it until that "second" listen. Nas is and will always be a genuine artist; this album helps cement his spot as one of the greatest of all time.
