  • A Good Album From A Great Band

    By PubliusEnigma
I love W.A.S.P. Let's get that out of the way right off the bat. I love W.A.S.P. more than I probably should. I love W.A.S.P. and I can't even properly explain why. This isn't their best album, nor is it their worst. To say that this their second album is an example of the Sophomore Slump, wouldn't be fair as they do have some great tracks in this grouping. However, I do feel there is some filler as well. For hardcore W.A.S.P. fans it is indeed a must-have album, but let's face it, if you consider yourself a die-hard W.A.S.P. fan you probably already own it. 'Ballcrusher' is my favorite track on the album, closely followed by 'Blind in Texas' and 'Wild Child'. Also noteworthy is the remake of Mountain's 'Mississippi Queen'.
  • Blackie

Blackie Lawless had THE metal voice. It sounds like a razor.
  • Wild Child Rocks!

When I saw the video for "Wild Child" there was no hesitation that this was my new fav band! Its AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
  • Great Album, But iTunes Doesn't Have It Together...AGAIN!

    By smylex
This is a great album, but why is it only a "Partial Album" (which it's not, by the way) and why are all the songs only available individually? Seriously, $15.84 when the other albums, including newer ones, are only $9.99? I can get the actual album on disc with the extra artwork for less than that! That's the only thing stopping me from downloading these tunes, iTunes. Get with it!
  • Great 80

    By TSJENKS69
WASP is probably the most underrated Metal Band of the 80's and this album is proof. When this came out it seemed to be popular only by word of mouth by metal heads...I never understood why WASP was not played more by people in radio at the time. I know they are pretty dirty lyrically, but songs like Wild Child and Blind in Texas were great songs that should have vaulted them to more mainstream success instead of some of the other wimpier acts of the day. If you are a fan of 80's metal or are becoming one, you have to get this for your collection. There is not one bad song on this album( or the first WASP album either). And if you have chance to see WASP in concert.....Go see this band, I was fortunate enough to see them on this tour when they opened up for Black Sabbath at Cobo Hall in Detroit and they blew Sabbath away.( Sabbath was just Tony and some other guys, not the Sabbath of today)..

If you're a fan of 80's Metal then you have to own this album. Every track is great and the addition of the live tracks at the end was a nice touch. I love Blackie's voice, guitars are awesome, and it's got top notch song writing.
  • nice work boys

I worked as local roadie for the WASP show at Newport Music Hall in Columbus, OH across from OSU campus around fall 1987 (?) Man on man what a show !, this was WASP during their young age and probably at their peak (sorry Blackie but time catches up to all of us). I can't think of another band with as much energy as these guys had during this album and tour. Wild Child, I Wanna Be Somebody, Blind in TX, Animal are my favorite tracks.
  • By far, one of the best from the 80's

Blackie Lawless and the boys are as fresh today as when they released the album the first time. I love it!!!! It's definative of good METAL. The lyrics, the music, it's all there.
