GIVE THIS VERSION A BIG MISS!
I have owned the Snapper Music cd version of this compilation abum for many years. This remastered out of sequence and false starts version should be avoided.Look for the original album....it's great.
I only purchased 1 song, thankfully. Starts over and over. ( Take 1, take 2, take 3, take 4, etc.) sounded like it was gong to be a good jam, but got annoying real quick. Don't know how many takes, I gave up. Who wants to hear that every time you play it?
The Original Blues
This is what you think of when you think of the original Fleetwood Mac Blues. I would highly suggest this album. It's one of my favorites without a doubt. Peter Green destroys the riffs in the lead song.
A great era
By Full Note
When I think of Fleetwood Mac I think of them as one of the best blues bands of all time. I to think for those who did not listen to the early years should visit that music to get a real appreciation for the depth of talent. Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Jeremy Spencer, Peter Green, and one of my favorite singer song writers Danny Kirwan. Kiln House, Future Games, Bare Trees are three amazing records. Buy Them if you don't have them. Enjoy!
Missing the good stuff
I agree with so many other reviewers... if you don't have "Then Play On", "Kiln House", "Future Games" and "Bare Trees" how can those who only know the Nicks/Buckingham-pop-rock Mac discover the true rockin' R&B Mac!

Hypnotized was on the album Mystery to Me. I don't see it listed in the Itunes store. It may be listed under Bob Welch but could be a different version.
Where is Hypnotized
Fleetwood Mac did a song entitled 'Hypnotized'. Can't seem to locate it excpet on an album by Fleetwood Maxx (knockoff). Any clues?

A nice blues recording with some minor hiccups, but not having Bare Trees, Future Games, and Then Play On is a crying shame. Those were great albums. C'mon ITunes, lets get those records on here. Its been long enough.
37 minute gap...
Where is 'Kiln House' ??? A MUST have for true Mac fans!
A BAND THAT NEVER GOT IT'S FULL CHANCE TO DEVELOUP!

You can't shake that gut the feeling that we missed somthing special with the orginal Fleetwood Mac not staying the way it was. Granted the band with Stevie Nicks is one of the best soft rock acts of all time but you wonder what the R&B Fleetwood Mac could have done if they stayed that way for ten or twenty years.
