I absolutely LOVE the FAST PACE mixes by SHAPE. I honestly don't know what I would do at the gym without them. WALK AWAY is a personal fav---it is a one of the faster songs in the mix and it always gets me reved up when it comes on. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good gym workout mix.

LOVED THIS MIX...GREAT ENERGY AND COMPILATION...4.8-5.0 mph I am hitting the tread on the TreadMill at the same Beat...its fun....I get lost in the beats adn before I know it it I'm at an hour...PS..I do a Quasi-Aerobic routine on the Treadmill with it; "Photograph is the song that gets me over the hump """Love it"

I love this; great songs & a fast pace but easily kept up with as it has such a good beat. I honestly did not want to stop my workout and extended it 10 minutes longer!

  • Cheesy remix

The remixes on this album are super cheesy and don't even sound close to the original artists. I wish I would have listened to the samples. Not worth it.

Please somebody let us know the BPM!!!! All the classes I teach depend on BPM so I am afraid one song may be 140 BPM and then the next song may jump to 150 BPM. If it is an even count, that would be nice to know too.
  • Driving beats but...?

I had to stop at 'Mr. Brightside', which had a lame backbeat, (what, the original isn't upbeat enough???), along with the thin veneer of the crappy version of "Thin White Duke Remix" played throughout, and it's not the Killers. The singer doesn't even sound like B.F. Besides the driving backbeats in every song, (at almost the same tempos), nothing really to talk about.
  • Not Original Artists...

I am really sad that these are not done by the original artists. The mixes seem okay. Clocks is one of my favorite songs, and I can't get over the new vocals.

I quickly got over the fact that these are not the original artists, and these mixes are smartly done. I just wish I could find more Shape cds!
