I got this on CD which lacks U Got the Look, so I don't know how fast that goes. However it does list the bpm's for the others:
track 1 - 124; Tracks 2/3/12/13 - 125; Tracks 5/6/11 - 126; Tracks 7/10 - 127; Tracks 8/9 - 128. Hope that helps.

This is excellent music. I walk 3- 3/12 miles each day and it really gets my blood pumping and excited about walking. I certainly would recommend it to anyone. Good walking shoes, good MP3 player, and great music is all you need.
