Makin' Nutmeg Sexy Again!
It's 2015 and this is the first time I've heard of this album - an atrocity to be sure. All of the songs are well written, well sung and well...very funny. My favorite is the very sexy Barry White-esque "Nutmeg." This album is great for gifting - send a song to each of your favorite, sarcastic and likeminded friends, or give the whole album to the grumpiest, angriest grinch in your family - the one who doesn't know how to use this confounded eee-lec-tronical musical tune maker - it's sure to become a holiday fav, certain to bring both laughter and, with any luck, entertaining rage to Fox News Grandpa.
Loved 'Another Christmas Song', love the album, adore the special itself. To all of the reviewers complaining about not getting the songs separately, remember that the most popular song /was/ free for a week.
This album brightens my day, every day
This won a Grammy for 'Best Comedy Album' in 2010.
sorry i am very forgetful, i meant a grammy. sorry!
This won a grammy?
Come on! Some one else should hv won. Kathy Griffin, and George Lopez's acts wer great.
Stephen / MTV, please make these songs available individually
I saw the Colbert Christmas special 3 times this year. Loved every minute of it.
While all the songs are good in the context of the special, some songs are still great on their own.
My opinion is that the Colbert version of "(What's so funny 'bout) Peace, Love and Understanding?" is equal to or better than the original version done by Elvis Costello years ago.
You could sell more copies of this song if it is available on it's own.
Or....sell the music along with the video version of the christmas special. I would buy the video all inclusive if the songs came with for free. Remember...."tis better to give than receive". Or was it, "THEN receive"??$$
Great show and album!

I just wtached the Colbert Christmas this year and I loved it. Stephen Colbert was hilarious as usual and he is a darn good singer too. The only guest appearances I liked though were Elvis Costello, and Willie Nelson.
I have never purchased a Christmas album, this is my first. It took one listen and I was hooked.
This will be a family favorite for years to come.
"Another Christmas Song" is album only? No thanks.
I would by "another christmas song" in a heart beat but I'm not buying a whole album for it. You idiots loose money by forcing Apple to bundle music.
