Big fan of Fying Lotus and expected this album to have a similar feel. NOPE. If your looking for Flylo or Samiyam type joints keep moving this is way minimal and pretty disappointing in my opinion. Should have just waited for the next Flylo album...

One light year from now, imagine a concert on Saturn, being streamed live to RA via solar energy. There you find Beat-Bots, equipped with samplers, sourcing servers, ancient Locusts, and ethernet cords, as cybernetic communication with African ancestors. Count the spirits of Roger Linn, Tom Oberheim, and Fela Kuti's Egypt 80 among co-pilots of this newly customized Ark, which is fitted with a glitchy, blitzy, BooMp-BlaP sound system. Enjoy the atmosphere because you're in for one heck of a ride!

Word up everybody this is the first release proper on Fly Lo's label Brainfeeder. Super tripped out lo-fi beats and deep explorations into the vibe of Ras G...sublime and spacey...alive with dub passion and skunked beats! Highly recommended for those Flying Lotus and Madlib fans...1 luv
