I love Joe Walsh...His work in the 70's is tremendous...while many of my favorite tunes by Joe are found on his other records, as a collection, this is my favorite Joe Walsh LP...every track is an absolute winner!!!

If you have to scroll this far down in the reviews to know if you want this masterpiece of an album, then you OBVIOUSLY need this album. One of the greatest albums of all time in my opinion.

Not very often (and even more so nowadays) that you find an album that you can enjoy from beginning to end. My sister bought this on vinyl way back when it came out and it some how found it's way into my collection. How could anyone rate this anything other than 5 stars? Life of Illusion? Great song but it never was on this album. And whats the beef with the ending to Life's Been Good? It's just Joe's whacky sense of humor on display. It's not a hobo (as one reviewer described it), it is quite obviuosly Joe . And how did the other person hear this as 'croaking'? Since when does a flock of Wah Wah's make a croaking sound?

What a relaxing album. Just let it play and take you away! Since 1978 I have listened to this album at least once a month. It always takes me back to remind me that Life has been Good so far. Thanks Joe.

Be prepared for almost 60 seconds of people acting like idiots saying 'waahhhaa waahhhaa' at the end of life's been good. There is an online mp3 editor that you can use to remove it.
