  • Amazing

I've been a fan of Zeppelin since I was a kid. Always loved Robert Plant's voice. It's so interesting to hear how his voice has transitioned into something so smoky and soulful. Love this album, but for me Nothin' is the standout here. Ot's got that sexy, bluesy vibe that reminds me of When the Levee Breaks. And Plant's voice sounds delicious in it. Can't go wrong with that!
  • Surprising and sublime

I'm not easily impressed, but this is the most surprising album I've heard in a very long time. When I ran across this at first I did a double take - this did at first seem an unlikely pairing. Then I sampled some of the tracks which revealed masterful sound creation and messaging in diverse combinations of genres. It's genius.

But I am a big fan of original and borrowed music greats. This rates at the tip top. F the haters; ignorance is insurmountable on the internet. Gems like this one are rare. Dig it.
  • It's sooo good..it's great.

I hate duo's but this simply transcened my idiotic thinking. Music won again.
  • The only thing better was actually being in Clarksdale to hear the performance!

I love this compilation of Delta bluesy rhythms and lines. It weaves together the threads of Americana music creating a tapestry that feels as comfortable and familiar as a tattered blanket from my infancy. Birthed in Clarksdale, I can assure you that this will awaken in you what made American music what it really is, a lovely feeling with heart as well as edge.
  • Met The Legend

I was sitting in the restaurant at the Airport in Frankfort on my way to the States after a long overseas job. The place was crowded so I sat by 2 very Hippy looking older dudes who said no worries have a sit down Mate. After about 30 minutes of small talk I realized the Man sitting across from me was none other than Robert Plant. He was absolutely one of the kindest, coolest person I have ever met. No I didn't ask for an autograph. I was just too in awe and amazed at how engaging he was to myself and others who really didn't know they were talking to a Rock God! Going to download this album....
