The Beatles had just wrapped up a chaotic tour in their biggest year. This album is alright. Definitely not one of their best. It has great tracks though. No reply is a great opener. Eight days a week is one of my favorites of all time. IT IS SO CATCHY. Rock and roll music is another great. While not their best work, it's okay. I recommend it.

This album does have some of its downsides, but overall well executed.

This album doesn't get the love it deserves as it is immensely underrated. If you're deciding which albums to buy, don't skip this one. In my opinion, this is the second best album behind Please Please Me regarding their first four albums.

  • They can sing and sing

This is an essential for any Beatle fan or new fan. The Beatles at this point have already established themselves as superb songwriters but never forgot their roots of covering other people’s music. This album is a perfect example of that adaptation. Of course, there are few songs that written by the Beatles but mainly covers from Chuck Berry to Buddy Holly. Sit back and listen to these fab four harmonize the hell out of your favorite songs!
  • Everyone should own this album

I feel like this is probably one of the most underrated Beatles albums, which is so sad because to me this album is iconic. They were figuring out who they were as a band and what their sound was. You can hear the songwriting getting deeper throughout this album. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a genuinely fantastic album from start to finish.
