  • Outstanding!

Dan Carlin has a knack for making historical figures jump from the pages of dusty history books and come to life with human stories. Apache Tears sheds light on one of the most controversial people in US history, Geronimo and his tribe, who were described by a general who spent his career fighting them as "the tigers of the human species!"
  • Great work, but expensive.

Love his work. Have given $1 for each of his pod casts. Was bummed when these were shorter, and more expensive.

I loved this album! I really enjoy listening to Dan and the way he tells these stories about history. In Apache Tears I had learned so much information, just like the podcasts. I would recomend this to anyone who loves history, Native American culture, and just likes to learn. BIG thanks to Dan. Also check out Dan when he is a guest on Joe Rogan's podcast.
  • Another solid episode

This is probably my favorite of the old Hardcore Histories. An amazing series of tales bringing the Apache to life. Conveys a great understanding of the mindset of both the Apache and the settlers that lived alongside them in the West.
