Gregory Alan Isakov has a gift that is just unbelievable. His music is not only beautiful to listen to 24 hours a day, but has wonderful stories woven within them. I saw him live and was absolutely blown away, and I met him after and he was nothing but humble. Amazing!

As I write this, I'm in the bedroom of a farmhouse in the Shenandoah Valley. Let me say, this music is a perfect soundtrack for the entire Valley, towns and sweeping fields alike. I've always called this place my home despite never having lived here. GAI's music brings me home like no other music, and for that I'm glad I stumbled upon him three years ago.

So powerful it will make you weep, and you don't even know why. Grab your best set of headphones. Lay back... Close your eyes. Jack in and dive into oblivion.

I'll admit it! "Time will Tell" brought me to tears. Yep! Watching a Subaru commercial. Just having endured a personal tragedy that song helped me ease some of the sorrow. The "Weatherman" is a calm breeze in a turbulent time.

If you are new in the singer-songwriter scene or if youve been listening to some artist and are yet to find that ONE album that has captured you yet, then this is a MUST HAVE!!! Gregory Alan is so talented wether its his great vocals or his poetic writing! The song that caught my attention in this is album was Saint Valentine, and it has become one of my favorite songs of all time! The melody, the lyrics, everything about it is great!!! trust me, give it a shot and you seriously wont regret it!

I’ve listened to this album for months on end, and I never get sick of it. It is simple, heartfelt, and beautiful. Greg’s lyrics are deep and thought-provoking, and the instrumentals are clear and lovely. I was lucky enough to hear “Living Proof” on the radio, and thank goodness I did! This album has changed my life.
