was religious and that's why you were listening to him, I'm sorry to break the news, but he's not at all. And why would that matter anyway? If you restrict what you listen to to only those who agree with your religious views, you're going to miss out on a lot of good music. And when did app reviews turn into a proselytization forum?

To sowhatstevie, the whole title of My Head Hurts... is not meant as anti-Jesus, just a way some people may feel on a harsh morning after, I am sure Jimmy is a fine upstanding Christian, do not take things so serious

Jimmy you are such a idiot! You need to get a life... That Song (My head hurts, My Feet Stink, i don't Love Jesus) is completely Stupid and unfaithful. You have to trust Jesus through everything. Dude go to church, get saved you stupid gayferd! Sorry to say it like that but I can't take evan seeing that title. I'm 10 years old and I evan think it's dumb. When you evan sing that song your disrespecting Jesus!

Wise Man must be self-assessed. Some of Mr. Buffett's best work. Too bad it's only part of the album.
  • One of, if not the best

This is how Jimmy used to sound, and where he does best. I always thought this was one of those "forgotten" albums outside the extreme parrothead world, and it definitely shouldn't be. With Woman Goin' Crazy on Caroline Street, My head hurts, Defying Gravity, Havana Daydreamin', and The Captain and the Kid (missing on itunes, find it on Boats, Beaches, Bars), how could it be anything less then one of the best?

This is the "old school" Jimmy that I miss. These are just good folk/country tunes, this is before he got too drunken pirate. This was a good era from buffett, great tunes, great album. pick it up if your a fan of the old stuff.

If you like Buffett at all, get this album. It is not as good as A1A but any Buffett album made in the seventies is great.

If you are a fan, but not the concert parrot head, media driven crazy fan, this is for you. This album is pure Buffett, core Buffett. Sit on the beach with a drink in your hand and watch the day go by, that is what this album is all about. Poetic, he has never claimed to be. One of the best story tellers ever he just might be.
